Physical Training

I don’t expect subs to be slim or athletes. In fact, I really love my bears, but my slave is my toy and just like a car or house, my property needs to be kept in good condition. I expect my subs/slaves to make sure to keep themselves as healthy as reasonably possible, no matter what shape and size they are. They should also enjoy their form, but they need to be able to use their form to serve me. If they can walk, they should walk regularly.

I walk my dog for 20 minutes to an hour each day. That helps keep me healthy and I push myself to go beyond my limits so I can grow. A sub that can grow is a healthy sub. They can change and go beyond what other subs can do. My subs are above other subs. Better than. They might not yet be powerful, capable or confident, but they are on the path to all of these things.

Obviously, walking isn’t for everyone. You know your limits better than I do at this point. Perhaps you’re disabled and walking in a park is a bit beyond what you’re capable of, but do something. Increase what you’re capable of, just one tiny bit each day.

I went to the park and there was a weird rope climbing frame. I couldn’t stand on it without falling off when I first tried, but the next time, I was able to get up. Then I tried to cross rope loop to rope loop and I ended up doing some painful splits as the ropes separated. To protect my groin I quickly jumped off.

A week later I was back. This time, I was aware of how the ropes separate. I climbed up. I can do that now. I stood on the first rope, and move my second foot to the second loop and held my feet together to prevent the splits from happening. I could cross to the second loop. Happy with my progress, I jumped off.

The next time I crossed the whole section. The park then presented a another section of rope, which is like a tight rope with a handle rope. There’s probably a technical name for this arrangement, but I have more important things to learn. I got up to that bit of rope, but found it moved a lot and before long I was hanging upside down.

The next time I closed two sections and climbed up a level to the next bit and proceeded. It does not matter to me that it took weeks to cross this network of ropes, but with regular practice, I enjoyed taking on the challenges and proving that I was more capable than before.

I run regularly building my speed and endurance. I practice martial arts and I am also increasing my ability to move through dance and some parkour basics. If I a king and god of the modern world, can do all that you do a little bit. Even if it just starts with wiggling your toes or flexing whatever muscle you do have.

My subs should eat a variety of vegetables. The most healthy diets in the world include the “Mediterranean” diet and the “South Korean” diet. Both these diets have a variety of different meats and vegetables. The key is diversity. Find a way to make vegetables that you enjoy. I love a good kebab or burrito. These both can come with a massive array of veg.
